The Gray Room and Ottanio Room are both located on the first floor for easy access. The Olive Room has a private bathroom inside, as well as a TV, WIFI, and air conditioning. The Avio Apartment in Rialto13 is composed of a double bedroom, private bathroom, and a cozy living area.

Personally, I found one feature a bit less appealing, but it's a subjective opinion.

I had a wonderful stay at a clean and comfortable apartment in a superb location. I enjoyed being just a short walk away from great restaurants and a good café. The kitchen space was more than adequate for me to prepare breakfasts, with convenient grocery stores nearby. The owners were also very helpful in arranging a private taxi for me. I would definitely consider staying at this place again. I highly recommend this hotel.

One thing to note is that the apartment is up several flights of stone stairs with no elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Additionally, check-out time was a bit unclear and I ended up waiting for the host for a while, so better communication on this would have been appreciated.
